Family of Thomas Dollin: Second Generation in Australia

The two younger brothers of his mother, Mary Ann Amor, were named Henry Amor and Isaac Amor so perhaps he was named after these uncles.

Henry Isaac Dollin and his parents, Thomas and Mary Ann Dollin, were living at East Street, Taunton in 1856. Then in 1857, at one year of age, Henry came out to Australia with his parents on the ‘Herefordshire’ sailing ship.

Henry died on 8 Dec 1861 aged 5 years 11 months after suffering from 'dropsy' for three months. He had been living at St Marys, South Creek. Henry Isaac Dollin was buried at St Mary Magdalene Church Cemetery, St Marys.
